Managing Director - Finance & Operations
Stuart joined Penlon in 2012 as Finance Director, bringing with him fifteen years of experience in financial and commercial project management. Stuart is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and a Pure Mathematics graduate from Hull University. During his career to date, Stuart has gained a broad range of experience within large multi-national organisations in the Logistics Automation and Gas Turbine manufacturing industries, and has most recently been responsible for the implementation and subsequent management of a Financial Shared Services Centre operating across seven European companies. Stuart embraces and delivers a culture of “financial business partnering” to ensure businesses are able to operate in the most efficient manner.
Managing Director - Sales & Development
Peter Worrallo, Group Sales Director of Penlon Limited and President of the Company’s US operation, is an engineering graduate from Brookes University, Oxford. Peter graduates from Henley Business School in October this year, having recently completed his MBA.
During his career, Peter has worked predominantly for UK anaesthesia manufacturers and has been in the British medical device industry for 30 years; throughout that time he has travelled extensively in North & South America, Europe, Asia and Middle East.
Human Resources Director
Linda is Human Resources Director for Penlon Limited and has been with the Company for over 10 years. Linda is passionate about helping the business make the most of their resources and talent.
Linda's expertise includes learning and development, leadership management, cost management and organisational development.
In addition to her accomplishments in HR, Linda studied at Brookes University Oxford, and is currently in the final year of her Master's Degree.
Mary Ryan joined Penlon in early 2013 as Head of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, bringing to the team more than 20 years of expertise.
Graduating from Heriot Watt University with an honours degree in Quality Assurance, Business Management and French. Mary commenced her career in 1993 within quality management systems for a health service provider and thereafter gained a broad range of experience in engineering within large multi-national manufacturing and medical device organisations.
In recent years Mary has held Senior Management positions within Certification, Notified Body, Manufacturing and Distribution sectors and continues to execute her passion for strategic continuous improvement, creative problem solving and change management. Mary believes in a compliance led approach with our customers and quality at the helm.
